ICE Lab is a premium Korean café serving food, coffee and desserts of variety (Bingsu). Originally found by a famous Korean celebrity, we bring the best of Korean food, snowy flake dessert and Korean culture to our customers.


This position will demonstrate efficient and friendly counter service, with a keen eye for details to identify any service lapse. You should possess a good service mindset; perform duties that lead to a high level of customer satisfaction within company guidelines and policies, as well as provide strong support to your superiors to work to improve the cafe.

As a Supervisor, you are responsible for assisting Assistant Manager/ Manager managing day to day
service operation of our café during their absence, which include:

  • Offering a friendly, efficient and professional services to all customers; process guests orders to ensure that all items are prepared and served promptly and professionally.
  • Consistently exceed customer expectations & constantly reviewing service delivery, ensure
    customer requests and feedback, both verbal and written are responded to promptly and efficiently.
  • Implement work processes and manuals effectively and efficiently – **Managing staff.
  • Assists in setup and clear down of the front and back of cafe/ restaurant operations.
  • Promote and sell our range of products to customers;
  • Attending to customers’ needs and enquiries.
  • Requisite supplies and dealing with suppliers/contractors for the Cafe.
  • To provide a clear handover during shift changes and ensure each shift is reviewed and handovers/briefings are carried out.
  • Maintain an efficient team, driving the team towards the objectives of the Company.
  • Manage junior employees’ performance in line with job descriptions.
  • Follow the company’s SOP & policy.

Supervisor is responsible for overall oversight responsibility of the above and management of staff.

Requirements: Strong work ethics, communication, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and
positive attitude. This position is a hands-on, operations support role and as such we require someone with drive, efficiency and assertiveness, high initiative, and positive attitude. Someone who is passionate about growing this café as a team.
